Return & Exchange Policy

10 Day Return Policy From Time of Receipt

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund, store credit or exchange using your original method of payment. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with attached tags, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same original condition.  Understand we cannot accept returns if an item has been used in any way and have any residual scent from use.

Completing a Return

Contact at to notify us of a return/exchange in order to receive a Return Authorization Number.  If returns are sent to us without a valid RA# the package cannot be accepted.  The RA# is valid for 5 days once it’s issued via e-mail however the return must be in the possession of the shipper by day 5 with a valid tracking number. will not be held responsible for shipping costs related to returned item/items (unless the order was processed incorrectly by RA# needs to be printed on the outside of the brown shipping box do not mark the manufactures box.

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay for return shipping. Just let us know and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Once the merchandise you returned arrives in new condition we REFUND you 100% of the original purchase price (less the shipping expense we incurred getting the product to you) using your original method of payment.  After the item is inspected (typically happens within 48 hours of receiving your item, excluding weekends and holidays) we will process the refund.  Please note this process may take from 2 to 14 business days.

Note: please do not abuse the policy by ordering multiples of the same or similar items with the intention of returning the majority of the order. If you need assistance choosing the right size etc., please contact us and we will be happy to help.

No Returns or Exchanges On:

Closeouts, special orders, tires and all electronic products with the exception of unused/new batteries.

The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to our offices. Please make sure the return shipment is fully insured, as packages do get damaged and lost.  We do not accept any liability on returned damaged merchandise.

Restocking Fees

Typically there are no restocking fees on any aftermarket parts or apparel. There are however several brands, on which we are forced, by our suppliers, to charge a restocking fee. 20% restocking fee applies to the following but not limited to Alpinestars, Brembo, BST and Marchesini brand products. 20% restocking fee also applies to all oem parts.

OEM Parts Returns

OEM parts (i.e. parts manufactured by Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, BRP, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Kymco, MV Agusta, Polaris, Suzuki, and Yamaha) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns on OEM parts must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date. You may return product(s) for credit or exchange only if the sealed package containing the product(s) is unopened. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on OEM part orders. OEM part orders can only be cancelled within 1 (one) hour of placing the order.

Why does moto meccanica charge restocking fees on returned OEM parts? We return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so face two charges: the cost to return the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.

If you decide to cancel your OEM parts order, you must do so within one hour of placing the order (please see our cancellation policy). If you decide to cancel your order after this time frame and before it ships, we will refund your original payment method including the shipping & handling charges minus the 20% restocking fee.
