Shipping & Payment

Cancelling Your Order 

If you need to cancel an order (or a part of an order), send an email to info@motomeccanica.com or call our customer service. Please be sure to provide us with the order number. Orders for OEM parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee within 1 (one) hour of being placed. After one hour, cancelled orders for OEM parts are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise value. Orders for all other parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process.

Once your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirming cancellation. If you do not receive this email, please follow up by calling our customer service or sending another email. 

Warranty

No warranty, written or implied is made on any products made or sold by Moto Meccanica Inc.  All descriptions given by Moto Meccanica as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Moto Meccanica cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Moto Meccanica shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.

For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Moto Meccanica will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of it's ability as customer service is our top priority.

Order Acceptance 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax 

According to California state law we collect 7.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to California.

Pricing Information

While motomeccanica.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing, typographical or other errors may occur. motomeccanica.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you place the order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, motomeccanica.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, motomeccanica.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are based on ground rates through UPS to the lower 48 states only. If customer asks for another shipping method (2 day/next day, etc.) or shipping company, extra charges will apply.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional charges for shipping. We do ship overseas. Any overseas wanting to place order needs to contact us via email or phone.

All shipments must have a street address. No P.O. Boxes.

All shipments paid for by a credit/debt card over the phone/website will be sent to the billing address only.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of in stock orders. Orders coming from the manufacturer/back ordered items will take longer.

Delivery during the holidays could take longer.

Once the customer's order ships, they will be notified via email and receive their tracking number.

Payment Methods

Orders are accepted by phone or through the website store.

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express/Paypal

Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. All orders through our web store are transmitted electronically via a secure server. All data is encrypted to ensure the privacy of your payment and billing information is not compromised. Credit/debt cards are verified using cvv2 and AVS to prevent fraudulent transactions by unauthorized persons.

All pricing is in us dollars.

Back Ordered Items

If an item is backordered we will notify you via email.

If an item goes over 30 days on backorder we will notify you and give you a cancellation option. Special order items are exempt from this.

All back orders are filled before new orders when the backordered item becomes available.
